cater to this with our range of services.
Beside the standard maintenance service Anadolu Solar implemented 3 new services for our clients.
With our new implementation of 24/7 "INFO" we are able to inform our clients with the date they want. For example; get a daily message of revenues and performances of the plant by phone and a weekly data report of the plant by mail.
With the 24-hour Emergecy info service our clients will be informed by text message when a maifunction accurse on the plant. The message contains information about expected arrival tim on site, time of arrival nature of the malfuction and possible replaced parts.
With our new to be opened 24/7 Call Centre the client can get every data they require at that moment.
